All our orders are dispatched from Kuwait.

Kuwait express delivery 1-2 working days. Same day delivery on orders placed before 4 pm.  Kuwait shipping cost is KD 1.750. International delivery 5-7 working days. GCC shipping cost is $20.00 other countries cost is $25.00.

Return

You can exchange or refund item(s) in original condition with the tag within 7 days from your order date, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. We are a small business and can not offer free returns, returns will have a fee of KD2.00.  To request for your return please contact us via our website or Instagram page. To initiate the return we will need your order number and item(s).

Please note that earrings and ear cuffs can not be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons.
